"One Earth Shapers" (OESers) is an elite five-year initiative under One Earth Alliance, in collaboration with the World Economic Forum Global Shapers Community Beijing Hub. Each year, it handpicks a select group of the brightest young leaders—innovative decision-makers who are passionate about making a tangible impact in their communities and industries. OESers offers these rising stars a prestigious platform and a closely connected network with bi-monthly gatherings and exclusive invitations to the annual sustainability summit organised by One Earth Alliance, encouraging them to create innovative and sustainable solutions tailored for their respective industries and businesses.

The program also integrates engagement with global startup ecosystems, including 500Global and Breakthrough Energy, and immersive experiences in leading innovation hubs like HKSTP, Cyberport, and The Mills Fabrica. The fellowship experience concludes each August with the fellows co-producing a short film that highlights their personal growth and insights into climate action, drawn from interactions with leading climate thought leaders. This exclusive platform not only fosters professional growth but also amplifies their impact on local and global sustainability efforts.
